What is galmaegisal (skirt meat)?
Galmaegisal is a premium pork cut — the diaphragm skirt — known for its deep flavour and tender texture. At Gokiseok it is sourced 100% domestically, hand-trimmed each morning, and served the same day.
What are the signature items and prices?
The signature dish is Whole Skirt Meat at ₩7,000 per 100g (full plate 400g ₩28,000, half plate 200g ₩14,000). Pork Collar (Gabrisal) is ₩39,000 / ₩20,000 and Pork Neck (Moksal) is ₩35,000 / ₩18,000. Sides include Cheese Bomb Steamed Egg and Gokiseok Bibim Noodles (₩5,000 each), Spicy Crab Tofu Stew (₩9,000, complimentary on first visit), and Steamed Rice (₩1,000).
How is the meat cooked at the table?
Gokiseok is a self-grill restaurant. Guests grill the meat themselves at the table.

How big can a private room be?
Three options: a 10-seat private room, a 14-seat private room, and a 32-guest exclusive 2nd-floor buyout. We match the room to your party size for company dinners, alumni reunions, engagement parties, and large department events.
Are there first-visit benefits?
Yes. First-time visiting groups receive a complimentary Spicy Crab Tofu Stew worth ₩9,000 — a warm savoury dish that pairs nicely toward the end of a meal.
What are the opening hours?
Open every day, 17:30–21:30. For groups, share your arrival time and we'll prepare the room in advance.
